Teresa Hardy

Administrative Director

The daughter of a military officer, Teresa Hardy has traveled extensively worldwide, living in Frankfurt and Mainz, Germany, Texas, Kentucky, Indiana, Iowa, Illinois, Washington DC, and Colorado. She attended Iowa State University, where she majored in medical technology. After two years as a veterinary assistant, she shifted career directions to become a small business owner and restaurant entrepreneur. Teresa owned and managed the beloved Sunshine Coffee House in Boulder for nine years, where her home-style recipes and friendly, personal customer service created a huge and loyal clientele. In 1995, Teresa was honored by Boulder County with a resolution recognizing Sunshine Coffee House and her contributions to the community.

After selling her restaurant, Teresa brought her extensive business skills to Ballet Nouveau Colorado. As Administrative Director, she oversees financial and accounting processes and controls, manages daily operations, coordinates volunteers, and manages front of house for all productions.
